YOUTH PASTORS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Deposits
Deposits of $50 per camper are due May 7th. For a mailing address and how to write your check see below. Please include a list of number the number of males/females that you are making deposit for. This will help us better determine our lodging situation each week of camp.

Final Payment:
Full Payments of $300 per attendee should be paid by youth pastors by June 18th to NOW CAMP! ( All students should send payment for camp to their local youth ministries who will then write NOW YOUTH CAMPS one check.). With your final payment, you should include all registration forms of attendees (staff and students).  Please make sure all forms of students are signed by parents. No refunds will be available after this date.  Students may be switched for a  different student of the same sex.

The NOW Camp Internship Program is back! Our internship program offers campers the opportunity to be involved in a leadership facet of the preparation of NOW Camp 10'. 

Interns are required to attend both weeks of camp (July 5-14), and they must also attend a four-night, five-day training and preparation module held at Grace Church of Humble.  This training module will begin on Wednesday, June 23rd at 12pm and will conclude on Sunday, June 27th at roughly 1pm.  The cost to be part of this internship is $550, which includes all expenses of the pre-camp module and each week of camp.  A $50 non-refundable deposit must be submitted to NOW Youth Camp by May 15th.

To apply, campers must complete the below application and return it to Pastor Chuck Martin.  In addition, all applicants must submit a 2-minute video audition by posting their video to the NOW Youth Camp Facebook.  The video can be shorter than two minutes, but no longer.  Applicants are encouraged to be as creative as possible during their video audition, but we also recommend the video highlight the applicant’s greatest strengths that best qualify them to become one of this year’s 12 camp interns.

To apply for your chance to intern, you'll need to download this form and follow the instructions. Applicants must submit a 2 minute video audition and post it on the NOW Camp page on Facebook and have their youth pastor write a recommendation letter for them as well. REMEMBER THE DUE DATE for this application is May 15th!!!

We realize that every church has campers or parents that have many questions about their student’s well-being regarding their week at NOW Camp.  To help alleviate those concerns, we’ve tried to answer some of the most common questions below.  If you have other questions, however, please email us at nowyouthcamps@aol.com.

WHERE IS THE CAMP LOCATED?
NOW Youth Camps are held at Victory Camp in Alvin, Texas. Founded in 1992, Victory Camp has been offering an exciting Christian camp atmosphere for over 15 years. The camp is conveniently located just thirty miles south of Houston, Texas and it's physical address is 1407 Victory Lane, Alvin, Texas 77511.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, HOW CAN I REACH MY STUDENT?
The easist thing to do in the case of an emergency is simply to contact the camp, which will notify our staff of pastors and leaders to get you in contact with your student. The emergency contact number for NOW Youth Camps is 281-388-2365 or 281-388-2267.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF NOW YOUTH CAMP?
The cost is $300 per person and includes all meals, activities and a camp t-shirt. Please note that this is the cost for each person to attend camp. There might be some added expense added from the church that you attend to cover the cost of travel.

WILL MY STUDENT NEED TO BRING MORE MONEY?
Spending money is optional, however, the majority of campers bring between $15-$40 in spending money to spend at the pizza shop or cafe that is located on the camp grounds and to give in the nightly offering. We do recommend students not bring amounts of money larger than this however.

WHAT TIME WILL WE BE LEAVING AND RETURNING?
Camp registration will begin on the first day of each camp at 5pm and ending at lunch on the last day of camp. The time of departure for each church will depend on the amount of time needed for travel. You will need to speak with your youth leaders to find out information regarding your individual church.
